Dear Parents

Thank you for considering Camp Kahquah as a home away from home for your child this summer. We are celebrating our 50th consecutive year of operation this year, and we are well known for creating a welcoming place for campers, whether it’s their first time away from home, or whether they’ve been attending for years!

Our cabin leaders are top-notch. They are experienced, dedicated, and concerned only with making your child’s week at camp a safe and positive experience. Our ratio of cabin leaders to campers (1:4) is among the best in the industry, and our waterfront and climbing wall staff are well trained and qualified. We are accredited by the Ontario Camping Association.

Camp Kahquah is a Christian camp, owned by the Brethren in Christ, but campers of all backgrounds and beliefs are encouraged to attend. Spiritual instruction is a part of each day, as leaders and campfire speakers use stories from the bible and personal testimonies to inform and inspire campers of all ages.

Our natural setting is unparalleled. We are located in the Muskoka region, three hours Northwest of Toronto. Our venue combines a 1200ft private shoreline on a quiet bay, and over 300 acres of forest in one of the most scenic places you will encounter. Transportation is available (at an extra cost) in air conditioned coaches equipped with washrooms.
